Indore News: मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कांग्रेस प्रदेशाध्यक्ष कह रहे है कि लाड़ली बहना योजना की राशि बढ़ाना चाहिए। कांग्रेस ने तो कभी महिला वर्ग की चिंता नहीं की। उनके शासनकाल में तो महिला अपराध ज्यादा बढ़े। बड़वानी में सिकल सेल एनिमिया दिवस पर हुए कार्यक्रम में पहले राष्ट्रपति का आना कैंसल हो गया और खराब मौसम की वजह से मुख्यमंत्री मोहन यादव भी नहीं जा सके, लेकिन वे इंदौर से वर्चुअली आयोजन से जुड़े और लोगों को संबोधित भी किया। इसके बाद उन्होंने पत्रकारों से चर्चा की और कांग्रेस पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस प्रदेशाध्यक्ष कह रहे है कि लाड़ली बहना योजना की राशि बढ़ाना चाहिए। कांग्रेस ने तो कभी महिला वर्ग की चिंता नहीं की। उनके शासनकाल में तो महिला अपराध ज्यादा बढ़े। कांग्रेस के कई नेतागणों के खिलाफ केस है और वे जमानत पर चल रहे है। हमारी सरकार ने संकल्प पत्र में योजना की राशि बढ़ाने की घोषणा की है। दीपावली पर डेढ़ हजार रुपये की राशि बहनों को दी जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस ने किसानों के लिए भी कुछ नहीं कहा कि हमारी सरकार ने किसानों के गेहूं को देश में सबसे ज्यादा एमएसपी राशि 2500 रुपये क्विंटल में खरीदा। कांग्रेस की सरकार में वर्ष 1956 में 94 रुपये गेहूं के दाम क्विटंल थे, जब दिग्विजय सिंह की सरकार थी तो साढ़े पांच सौ रुपये क्विंटल पर सरकारी खरीदी होती थी। 55 वर्षों में सिर्फ पांच सौ रुपये क्विंटल दाम बढ़े। भाजपा की सरकार में 20 वर्षों में दो हजार रुपये क्विंटल भाव बढ़ाए है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार कानून हाथ में लेने वालों से निपटना जानती है। चाहे वह अनवर डकैत हो या डकैत का बाप हो। मैने अफसरों को कहा है कि आप उसे पकड़े। इसके लिए जो भी प्रयास हो करें। उन्होंने कहा कि अटल बिहारी जन्म शताब्दी वर्ष पर हमारी सरकार कई काम करेगी। आठ घंटे से ज्यादा बिजली किसानों को खेतों में दी जा रही है। हम फूड इंडस्ट्री पर भी ध्यान दे रहे है, ताकि किसानों को भी इसका लाभ मिल सके।
मध्य प्रदेश में 12 हजार से ज्यादा पुलिसकर्मी होंगे इधर से उधर
MP Police Transfer: मध्य प्रदेश पुलिस विभाग में बड़े पैमाने पर तबादले हो रहे हैं। डीजीपी कैलाश मकवाणा के निर्देश पर, चार साल से एक ही थाने में जमे पुलिसकर्मियों को हटाया जा रहा है। लगभग 12 हजार से अधिक पुलिसकर्मी प्रभावित हो सकते हैं। यह फैसला पारदर्शिता बढ़ाने और आम जनता की शिकायतें कम करने के उद्देश्य से लिया गया है। भोपाल (MP Police)। इस माह के अंत तक प्रदेश के थानों में तैनात पुलिस कर्मियों के चेहरे बदले-बदले नजर आएंगे। कारण यह कि एक सप्ताह के भीतर डीजीपी कैलाश मकवाणा के निर्देश पर जारी तीन आदेश हैं। इसमें सबसे बड़ा बदलाव तो यह होने वाला है कि चार साल से एक ही थाने में जमे पुलिसकर्मी हटाए जाएंगे। जिलों से पुलिस मुख्यालय को भेजी गई जानकारी के अनुसार इनकी संख्या आठ हजार से अधिक है। इनमें आरक्षक से लेकर उप निरीक्षक तक सम्मिलित हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त एक ही अनुभाग में दस साल से अधिक समय से काम कर रहे पुलिसकर्मियों का तबादला करने के आदेश दिए गए हैं। यही नहीं जिनके विरुद्ध जांच लंबित है, उन्हें भी हटाने का निर्देश है। इन आदेशों का पालन करने से थानों में बड़ा फेरबदल दिखाई देगा। इन आदेशों के तहत 12 हजार से अधिक पुलिस कर्मियों का तबादला संभावित है। पहली बार एक साथ इस तरह से बदलाव की कोशिश की जा रही है। इसके पीछे तर्क दिया गया है कि इससे पारदर्शिता बढ़ेगी और आमजन की शिकायतें कम होंगी। चार साल से एक थाने में जमे पुलिसकर्मी हटेंगे मुख्यालय के निर्देश पर तीन श्रेणी के पुलिसकर्मियों को चिह्नित किया जा रहा है। चार वर्ष से एक ही थाने में जमे पुलिसकर्मियों की जानकारी 16 जून तक पुलिस मुख्यालय को भेजने के लिए आदेशित किया गया था। अभी तक की जानकारी के अनुसार यह आंकड़ा लगभग आठ हजार है। दूसरा आदेश, दागी पुलिसकर्मियों को थाना, चौकी और कार्यालयों में पदस्थापना में नहीं रखने को लेकर है। मुख्यालय की तरफ से पहले भी इस संबंध में आदेश जारी किए गए थे, पर जिलों में अमल नहीं किया गया। इस कारण मंगलवार को पुलिस मुख्यालय ने फिर आदेश जारी कर सख्ती से लागू कराने के लिए कहा है। हर थाने में तीन से चार पुलिसकर्मी ऐसे हो सकते हैं जिनके विरुद्ध अपराध पंजीबद्ध हैं या विभागीय जांच चल रही है। ऐसे में इनकी संख्या भी तीन हजार से चार हजार के बीच हो सकती है। अन्य को मिला लें तो यह आंकड़ा 12 हजार से अधिक रहेगा। कुछ जिलों में चार वर्ष से अधिक समय से जमे पुलिसकर्मियों को स्थानांतरित करने का काम भी प्रारंभ हो गया है।

Madhya Pradesh: मध्य प्रदेश में दक्षिण-पश्चिम मानसून धीरे-धीरे छा रहा है और चार दिन के अंदर पूरे प्रदेश को कवर कर लेगा। मौसम विभाग ने झाबुआ, उज्जैन, मंदसौर और मंडला जिलों में भारी बारिश का येलो अलर्ट जारी किया है। इसके अलावा कई जिलों में तेज हवाओं के साथ बिजली गिरने की आशंका जताई गई है। भोपाल (Madhya Pradesh Temperature Today)। मध्य प्रदेश में दक्षिण-पश्चिम मानसून धीरे-धीरे छा रहा है। चार दिन के अंदर ही यह पूरे प्रदेश को कवर कर लेगा। मंगलवार को मानसूनी बादल 15 और शहरों में छा गए। अगले 48 घंटे के अंदर ही ये कुछ अन्य हिस्सों में भी पहुंच जाएगा। मौसम विभाग ने झाबुआ, उज्जैन, मंदसौर और मंडला जिलों में भारी बारिश का येलो अलर्ट जारी किया है। इसके साथ ही बैतूल, हरदा, बुरहानपुर, खंडवा, खरगोन, बड़वानी, अलीराजपुर, धार, इंदौर, रतलाम, देवास, शाजापुर, आगर, नीमच, गुना, अशोकनगर, शिवपुरी, ग्वालियर, दतिया, भिंड, मुरैना, श्योपुरकलां, अनुपपुर, उमरिया, डिंडौरी जिलों में तेज हवाओं के साथ बिजली गिरने की आशंका जताई गई है। जबलपुर संभाग के मंडला और डिंडौरी में पहुंचा मानसून प्रदेश में दक्षिण-पश्चिम मानसून की दस्तक के बाद मंगलवार को मानसून ने जबलपुर संभाग के मंडला, डिंडौरी में भी आमद दर्ज करा दी। इसका प्रभाव जबलपुर सहित आस-पास के क्षेत्रों में भी देखा गया। अलग-अलग स्थानों पर कहीं तेज तो कहीं मध्यम बौछारें पड़ीं। करीब आधे घंटे तक रुक-रुक कर हुई बारिश से शहर की सड़कें पानी से तरबतर हो गईं। मौसम विभाग की मानें तो अगले 24 से 48 घंटे के दौरान मानसून जबलपुर पहुंचेगा और फिर कुछ दिनों तक बारिश का सिलसिला जारी रहेगा। बारिश करने वाली मौसमी प्रणालियां सक्रिय मंगलवार को दोपहर में शहर में खंड बारिश हुई। दमोहनाका व आस-पास के क्षेत्र में झमाझम बारिश हुई तो होमसाइंस कालेज रोड, स्टेशन रोड तरफ रिमझिम बारिश हुई। सुबह से शाम तक 4.9 मिमी बारिश दर्ज की गई। शाम को भी मौसम सुहाना रहा, रात में छिटपुट बूंदाबांदी होती रही। क्षेत्रीय मौसम कार्यालय के अनुसार वर्तमान में बारिश करने वाली मौसमी प्रणालियां मजबूती के साथ सक्रिय हैं। अरब सागर और बंगाल की खाड़ी में बने कम दबाव के क्षेत्र के कारण बारिश करने वाली गतिवधियों में तेजी आएगी। दिन का पारा गिरा : बारिश के साथ ही नमी से दिन का तापमान 24 घंटे में चार डिग्री तक लुढ़क गया। मंगलवार को अधिकतम तापमान 34.5 डिग्री दर्ज किया वहीं न्यूनतम तापमान 26.6 डिग्री दर्ज किया। इंदौर में आज हो सकती है हल्की बारिश दक्षिण-दक्षिण पूर्वी दिशा से हवा चली। तापमान लगातार कम हो रहा है। मंगलवार को कुछ इलाकों में हल्की बारिश होने से गर्मी कम महसूस हुई। उमस से राहत रही। बीते चौबीस घंटों में दिन का तापमान 2.4 डिग्री नीचे आया। अधिकतम तापमान 32.2 डिग्री सेल्सियस रहा, जबकि न्यूनतम तापमान 24.1 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया। हवा की रफ्तार 20 किमी प्रतिघंटा रही। विशेषज्ञ के मुताबिक बुधवार को हल्की बारिश होने की संभावना है।
महाकाल के दर्शन के लिए उज्जैन जा रहे हैं, आसान नहीं है मंदिर तक पहुंचने की राह
महाकाल मंदिर उज्जैन: महाकाल मंदिर में दर्शन करने आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को संकरे रास्तों और खुली नालियों के कारण परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। मंदिर प्रशासन और जिला प्रशासन का इस ओर ध्यान नहीं है, जिससे श्रावण-भाद्रपद मास में समस्या और बढ़ सकती है। श्रद्धालुओं को मंदिर तक पहुंचने के लिए संकरे रास्तों से गुजरना पड़ रहा है। देश-विदेश से भगवान महाकाल के दर्शन करने आने वाले भक्तों के लिए मंदिर की राह आसान नहीं है। श्रद्धालुओं को संकरे रास्तों से होते हुए मंदिर पहुंचना पड़ रहा है। मार्ग में नालियां खुली होने से कई दर्शनार्थी हादसे का शिकार हो रहे हैं। मंदिर व जिला प्रशासन का भक्तों को होने वाली इस परेशानी की ओर ध्यान नहीं है। समय रहते अव्यवस्था पर ध्यान नहीं दिया गया, तो श्रावण-भाद्रपद मास में परेशानी बढ़ सकती है। महाकाल मंदिर में नवनिर्माण के चलते प्रशासन ने शहनाई द्वार के सामने वाली मुख्य सड़क पर आवागमन प्रतिबंधित कर रखा है। इस व्यवस्था से श्रद्धालुओं को मंदिर के 1 नंबर, 4 नंबर, 5 नंबर गेट तथा माधव सेवा न्यास व महाराजवाड़ा पार्किंग तक आने जाने के लिए सामने की ओर एक संकरी गली के रूप में वैकल्पिक मार्ग का निर्माण किया गया है। परिवर्तित मार्ग बना भक्तों के लिए परेशानी यही परिवर्तित मार्ग भक्तों के लिए परेशानी का कारण बना हुआ है। इस छोटे से मार्ग पर दोनों ओर अतिक्रमण पसरा है। मध्य में आने जाने के लिए जो स्थान बचा है, उसमें बड़ी-बड़ी नालियां खुली पड़ी है, जिसके कारण दिनभर में कई हादसे होते हैं। सुबह व शाम के वक्त भीड़ अधिक रहती है उस समय तो भक्त भगवान महाकाल के भरोसे ही यह सड़क पार कर पाते हैं। साफ सफाई नहीं होने से नालियों से दुर्गंध उठती रहती है। आसपास के दुकानदार कूड़़ा कचरा भी खुले में ही डाल देते हैं।. अफसर झांकने तक नहीं आते क्या है परेशानी माधव सेवा न्यास की पार्किंग से यादव समाज की धर्मशाला, गोपू बालेश्वर महादेव मंदिर के सामने से व महल वाली गली तक का रास्ता परिवर्तित मार्ग है। इस मार्ग पर फूल प्रसाद, पूजन सामग्री, रूद्राक्ष, फोटो, मूर्तियां यहां तक कि जूता चप्पल बेचने वाले दुकानदारों ने अतिक्रमण कर रखा है। इसके अलावा भक्तों को माला, सिक्के, कलावा बेचने वाले फेरी लगाते रहते हैं। तिलक लगाने वाले लोगों की मौजूदगी भी यहां देखी जा सकती है। इन सब समस्याओं से जूझते तथा व्यवस्था को कोसते हुए भक्त मंदिर पहुंचते हैं। भक्तों को होने वाली इन तमाम परेशानी के बावजूद मंदिर व जिला प्रशासन का कोई अधिकारी यहां झांकने तक नहीं आता है। महाकाल मंदिर के सामने कोट मोहल्ला तक दोनों ओर होटल व रेस्टोरेंट की श्रृंखला है। कुछ लोगों ने दूध, मिठाई की दुकानें लगा रखी है। सुबह से शाम तक यहां यात्रियों की भीड़ रहती है। आटो व ई रिक्शा चालकों ने यहां अवैध पार्किंग लगा रखी है। शाम होते ही चाय, नाश्ता, पराठे, पोहे आदि के ठेले लग जाते हैं, सारी रात यह मार्केट खुला रहता है। व्यवस्था, सुरक्षा दोनों ही दृष्टि से यह उचित नहीं है, लेकिन जिम्मेदार ध्यान नहीं देते हैं। राजा के नगर भ्रमण के लिए तैयार हो रहा मार्ग ज्योतिर्लिंग महाकाल मंदिर में 11 जुलाई से श्रावण मास की शुरुआत होगी। देशभर से हजारों भक्त भगवान महाकाल के दर्शन करने उज्जैन आएंगे। श्रावण-भाद्रपद मास में भगवान महाकाल की सवारी भी निकलेगी। अवंतिकानाथ चांदी की पालकी में सवार होकर नगर भ्रमण के लिए निकलेंगे। इसको लेकर जोरशोर से तैयारी जारी है। उज्जैन विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा शहनाई गेट से मुख्य मार्ग तक सीमेंट कांक्रीट का रोड बनाया जा रहा है। सावन-भादौ मास में इसी मार्ग से भगवान महाकाल की सवारी नगर भ्रमण के लिए निकलेगी।
