The state government also runs several schemes for lakhs of construction workers of the state through the Nirman Mandal, these include ex-gratia assistance on death of construction workers and assistance on permanent and partial disability. All Sambal beneficiaries have been identified in the eligible category under Ayushman Bharat Niramaya Yojana, they are getting the benefit of free medical treatment worth Rs five lakh annually.

मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय ने NTA को इंदौर केंद्रों पर बिजली कटौती से प्रभावित उम्मीदवारों को छोड़कर सभी उम्मीदवारों के लिए NEET-UG 2025 के परिणाम घोषित करने की अनुमति दी… इंदौर न्यूज़: इस मामले में शिकायत करीब 1-2 घंटे तक बिजली गुल रहने से संबंधित है, जिसके कारण कथित तौर पर परीक्षा बाधित हुई और अभ्यर्थियों को अत्यधिक तनाव का सामना करना पड़ा। मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय: इंदौर में 04-05-2025 को NEET-UG 2025 परीक्षा आयोजित करने में राष्ट्रीय परीक्षण एजेंसी (NTA) द्वारा कथित कुप्रबंधन को चुनौती देने वाली रिट याचिकाओं के एक समूह में, जिससे याचिकाकर्ताओं के निष्पक्ष परीक्षा की स्थिति के अधिकार का उल्लंघन हुआ, पवन कुमार द्विवेदी, जे. की एकल-न्यायाधीश पीठ ने याचिकाकर्ताओं की शिकायतों को स्वीकार किया, हालांकि उन उम्मीदवारों को छोड़कर सभी के लिए परिणाम घोषित करने की अनुमति दी, जिन्होंने अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाया था। इस मामले में मुख्य शिकायत इंदौर के कई परीक्षा केंद्रों पर परीक्षा के समय (दोपहर 2:00 बजे से शाम 5:00 बजे तक) लगभग 1 से 2 घंटे तक बिजली गुल रहने से उत्पन्न हुई, जिसके कारण कथित तौर पर उम्मीदवारों को अंधेरे या खराब रोशनी की स्थिति में अपने पेपर लिखने पड़े। याचिकाकर्ता ने तर्क दिया कि मौसम विभाग ने 03-05-2025 को खराब मौसम के संबंध में रेड अलर्ट और एडवाइजरी जारी की थी, फिर भी प्रतिवादी बिजली आपूर्ति के लिए कोई बैकअप व्यवस्था करने में विफल रहे। याचिकाकर्ताओं ने तर्क दिया कि बिजली बैकअप की कमी और घोर कुप्रबंधन के कारण उन्हें अत्यधिक तनाव में परीक्षा लिखने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा, जिससे उनके प्रदर्शन पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ा। यह बताया गया कि जबकि केवल 50 याचिकाकर्ताओं ने न्यायालय का दरवाजा खटखटाया, यह पीड़ित उम्मीदवारों की कुल संख्या को नहीं दर्शाता है क्योंकि “न्याय की मांग प्राप्त शिकायतों की संख्या पर आधारित नहीं होनी चाहिए…” और सभी के पास रिट याचिका दायर करने के लिए संसाधन या ज्ञान नहीं है। यह भी तर्क दिया गया कि 200 से अधिक छात्रों से शिकायत डेटा ऑनलाइन फॉर्म और ईमेल के माध्यम से एकत्र किया गया था…. हालांकि, एनटीए ने कहा कि बिजली कटौती का परीक्षा के समग्र संचालन पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ा और दावा किया कि 11 प्रभावित केंद्रों के 5603 उम्मीदवारों में से केवल 18 ने औपचारिक शिकायतें दर्ज कराई हैं। एनटीए ने इस बात पर प्रकाश डाला कि इंदौर में परीक्षार्थियों की कुल संख्या 27,264 थी और शिकायतों की संख्या नगण्य थी। यह कहा गया कि एनटीए द्वारा सांख्यिकीय विशेषज्ञों की एक टीम गठित की गई थी, जिसने इंदौर के सभी उम्मीदवारों से ओएमआर प्रतिक्रियाओं का विश्लेषण किया और निष्कर्षों से पता चला कि “मौसम से कथित रूप से प्रभावित केंद्रों और अप्रभावित केंद्रों के बीच कोई बड़ा विचलन नहीं है।”… न्यायालय के पिछले अंतरिम आदेश न्यायालय ने अपने अंतरिम आदेश में संशोधन करते हुए निर्देश दिया कि अब उन अभ्यर्थियों को छोड़कर सभी अभ्यर्थियों का परिणाम घोषित किया जा सकता है, जिन्होंने न्यायालय के समक्ष रिट याचिका दायर की है। “प्रतिवादी क्रमांक 1, 04-05-2025 को आयोजित NEET-UG परीक्षा में उपस्थित सभी अभ्यर्थियों का परिणाम घोषित करने के लिए स्वतंत्र है, सिवाय उन अभ्यर्थियों के जिन्होंने इस न्यायालय के समक्ष रिट याचिका दायर की है, अगले आदेश तक।” … न्यायालय ने सभी पक्षों को एक सप्ताह के भीतर अपनी दलीलें पूरी करने तथा लिखित प्रस्तुतियाँ रिकॉर्ड पर प्रस्तुत करने का निर्देश दिया। न्यायालय ने मामले को प्रवेश/अंतिम सुनवाई के लिए 23-06-2025 को पोस्ट किया। [लक्ष्मी देवी बनाम राष्ट्रीय परीक्षण एजेंसी, WP NO.17344/2025, 09-06-2025 को निर्णय] …
