महाकाल के दर्शन के लिए उज्जैन जा रहे हैं, आसान नहीं है मंदिर तक पहुंचने की राह
महाकाल मंदिर उज्जैन: महाकाल मंदिर में दर्शन करने आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को संकरे रास्तों और खुली नालियों के कारण परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। मंदिर प्रशासन और जिला प्रशासन का इस ओर ध्यान नहीं है, जिससे श्रावण-भाद्रपद मास में समस्या और बढ़ सकती है। श्रद्धालुओं को मंदिर तक पहुंचने के लिए संकरे रास्तों से गुजरना पड़ रहा है। देश-विदेश से भगवान महाकाल के दर्शन करने आने वाले भक्तों के लिए मंदिर की राह आसान नहीं है। श्रद्धालुओं को संकरे रास्तों से होते हुए मंदिर पहुंचना पड़ रहा है। मार्ग में नालियां खुली होने से कई दर्शनार्थी हादसे का शिकार हो रहे हैं। मंदिर व जिला प्रशासन का भक्तों को होने वाली इस परेशानी की ओर ध्यान नहीं है। समय रहते अव्यवस्था पर ध्यान नहीं दिया गया, तो श्रावण-भाद्रपद मास में परेशानी बढ़ सकती है। महाकाल मंदिर में नवनिर्माण के चलते प्रशासन ने शहनाई द्वार के सामने वाली मुख्य सड़क पर आवागमन प्रतिबंधित कर रखा है। इस व्यवस्था से श्रद्धालुओं को मंदिर के 1 नंबर, 4 नंबर, 5 नंबर गेट तथा माधव सेवा न्यास व महाराजवाड़ा पार्किंग तक आने जाने के लिए सामने की ओर एक संकरी गली के रूप में वैकल्पिक मार्ग का निर्माण किया गया है। परिवर्तित मार्ग बना भक्तों के लिए परेशानी यही परिवर्तित मार्ग भक्तों के लिए परेशानी का कारण बना हुआ है। इस छोटे से मार्ग पर दोनों ओर अतिक्रमण पसरा है। मध्य में आने जाने के लिए जो स्थान बचा है, उसमें बड़ी-बड़ी नालियां खुली पड़ी है, जिसके कारण दिनभर में कई हादसे होते हैं। सुबह व शाम के वक्त भीड़ अधिक रहती है उस समय तो भक्त भगवान महाकाल के भरोसे ही यह सड़क पार कर पाते हैं। साफ सफाई नहीं होने से नालियों से दुर्गंध उठती रहती है। आसपास के दुकानदार कूड़़ा कचरा भी खुले में ही डाल देते हैं।. अफसर झांकने तक नहीं आते क्या है परेशानी माधव सेवा न्यास की पार्किंग से यादव समाज की धर्मशाला, गोपू बालेश्वर महादेव मंदिर के सामने से व महल वाली गली तक का रास्ता परिवर्तित मार्ग है। इस मार्ग पर फूल प्रसाद, पूजन सामग्री, रूद्राक्ष, फोटो, मूर्तियां यहां तक कि जूता चप्पल बेचने वाले दुकानदारों ने अतिक्रमण कर रखा है। इसके अलावा भक्तों को माला, सिक्के, कलावा बेचने वाले फेरी लगाते रहते हैं। तिलक लगाने वाले लोगों की मौजूदगी भी यहां देखी जा सकती है। इन सब समस्याओं से जूझते तथा व्यवस्था को कोसते हुए भक्त मंदिर पहुंचते हैं। भक्तों को होने वाली इन तमाम परेशानी के बावजूद मंदिर व जिला प्रशासन का कोई अधिकारी यहां झांकने तक नहीं आता है। महाकाल मंदिर के सामने कोट मोहल्ला तक दोनों ओर होटल व रेस्टोरेंट की श्रृंखला है। कुछ लोगों ने दूध, मिठाई की दुकानें लगा रखी है। सुबह से शाम तक यहां यात्रियों की भीड़ रहती है। आटो व ई रिक्शा चालकों ने यहां अवैध पार्किंग लगा रखी है। शाम होते ही चाय, नाश्ता, पराठे, पोहे आदि के ठेले लग जाते हैं, सारी रात यह मार्केट खुला रहता है। व्यवस्था, सुरक्षा दोनों ही दृष्टि से यह उचित नहीं है, लेकिन जिम्मेदार ध्यान नहीं देते हैं। राजा के नगर भ्रमण के लिए तैयार हो रहा मार्ग ज्योतिर्लिंग महाकाल मंदिर में 11 जुलाई से श्रावण मास की शुरुआत होगी। देशभर से हजारों भक्त भगवान महाकाल के दर्शन करने उज्जैन आएंगे। श्रावण-भाद्रपद मास में भगवान महाकाल की सवारी भी निकलेगी। अवंतिकानाथ चांदी की पालकी में सवार होकर नगर भ्रमण के लिए निकलेंगे। इसको लेकर जोरशोर से तैयारी जारी है। उज्जैन विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा शहनाई गेट से मुख्य मार्ग तक सीमेंट कांक्रीट का रोड बनाया जा रहा है। सावन-भादौ मास में इसी मार्ग से भगवान महाकाल की सवारी नगर भ्रमण के लिए निकलेगी।

किसानों के लिए खुशखबरी! ग्रीष्मकालीन मूंग-उड़द उपार्जन के लिए पंजीयन की तारीख तय सीएम ने कहा हमने नदी जोड़ो अभियान के माध्यम से सिंचाई का रकवा बढ़ाने के प्रयास किये हैं, भाजपा सरकार हमेशा किसान हितैषी निर्णय लेती है एमपी न्यूज़: ग्रीष्मकालीन मूंग और उड़द की पैदावार करने वाले मध्य प्रदेश के किसानों के लिए ये अच्छी खबर है, मोंग और उड़द के उपार्जन के लिए सरकार ने पंजीयन की तारीख घोषित कर दी है, मुख्यमंत्री डॉ मोहन यादव ने एक वीडियो मैसेज जारी कर जानकारी दी है कि 19 जून से रजिस्ट्रेशन शुरू किये जा रहे हैं। मध्य प्रदेश के ग्रीष्मकालीन मूंग और उड़द उत्पादक किसानों का इन्तजार और चिंता दोनों ख़त्म हो गए हैं, मुख्यमंत्री डॉ मोहन यादव ने आज घोषणा की है कि सरकार उनकी उपज का उपार्जन शीघ्र करने जा रही है, इसके लिए पंजीयन की प्रक्रिया 19 जून से शुरू की जा रही है। ग्रीष्मकालीन मूंग और उड़द के पंजीयन 19 जून से शुरू होंगे सोशल मीडिया पर एक वीडियो सन्देश जारी करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री दो मोहन यादव ने 19 जून से पंजीयन शुरू होने की घोषणा की, उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रीष्मकालीन मूंग और उड़द के उपार्जन को लेकर उनकी केंद्रीय कृषि मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान से बात हुई है, जल्दी ही खरीद शुरू होगी, सरकार इसके लिए प्रस्ताव भेज रही है। रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने की अपील की सीएम ने कहा कि जिन किसानों ने ग्रीष्मकालीन मूंग और उड़द की पैदावार की है वे अपनी फसल के उपार्जन की तैयारी करें रजिस्ट्रेशन कराएँ, उन्होंने कहा मध्य प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार ने हमेशा किसान हितैषी निर्णय लिए हैं , उन्होंने किसानों से अपील की कि वे अपनी फसल के उपार्जन की तैयारी के साथ सतह अगली फसल तैयारी भी करें, सरकार उसमें भी मदद के लिए खड़ी है। पंजीयन शुरू नहीं होने से किसान थे चिंतित गौरतलब है कि ग्रीष्मकालीन मूंग कम समय में तैयार होने वाली फसl है ये पककर तैयार हो चुकी है लेकिन बारिश सिर पर है मानसून आने वाला है और सरकार ने अब तक इसकी खरीद केलिए पंजीयन शुरू नहीं किये थे जिससे किसान चिंतित था और सरकार से रजिस्ट्रेशन शुरू कर उपार्जन शुरू करने की मांग कर रहा था। नेता प्रतिपक्ष उमंग सिंघार ने की थी ये मांग इधर कांग्रेस ने भी किसानों की मांग का समर्थन करते हुए सरकार से सवाल किये थे, नेता प्रतिपक्ष उमंग सिंघार लगातार सरकार से पंजीयन शुरू करने और खरीद करने के लिए पत्र लिख रहे थे, उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री डॉ मोहन यादव को कई पत्र लिखे हैं जिसमें उपज को एमएसपी पर शीघ्र खरीदने का अनुरोध किया है। कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त ने किया था मूंग खरीदने से इंकार गौरतलब है कि कुछ दिन पहले ही कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त अशोक वर्णवाल ने मूंग की फसल को समर्थन मूल्य पर खरीदे जाने को लेकर साफ इंकार कर दिया था। उन्होंने कहा था कि मूंग की फसल में पेस्टीसाइड काफी मात्रा में इस्तेमाल हो रहे हैं और यह जहरीली हो चुकी है, इसीलिए समर्थन मूल्य पर सरकार खरीदी नहीं करेगी। भारतीय किसान संघ ने किया था बयान का कड़ा विरोध कृषि उत्पादन आयुक्त अशोक वर्णवाल के बयान से किसानों में असंतोष बढ़ने लगा था, वहीं भारतीय किसान संघ ने भी इस बयान का विरोध किया था, संघ से जुड़े होने के बावजूद भारतीय किसान संघ सरकार के विरोध में आ गया था और घोषणा की थी कि यदि समर्थन मूल्य पर खरीदी नहीं हुई तो वे मुख्यमंत्री का घेराव करेंगे। बहरहाल अब मुख्यमंत्री डॉ मोहन यादव ने सामने से आकर रजिस्ट्रेशन की तारीख शुरू की है ये किसानों एक हित में एक अच्छा फैसला माना जा रहा है।

Gwalior Collector and District Magistrate has declared the entire district as water scarcity area and issued a prohibitory order, the reason for this has also been mentioned in the order, in the order the DM has banned tube well digging in the district till July 15 or till there is sufficient rainfall. Also, the use of all the sources like rivers, drains, ponds, stepwells etc. for irrigation, industrial and commercial purposes has also been banned. Gwalior Collector and District Magistrate Ruchika Chauhan has declared the district as water scarcity area under the provisions of Madhya Pradesh Conservation Act and issued a prohibitory order to this effect. Under the order, tube well digging has been banned for the time period of commencement of rainy season in the district i.e. July 15 or till there is sufficient rainfall. Till this time period, no new tube well can be dug in the district limits for any reason without the permission of the competent officer. Due to this the collector issued a prohibitory order Giving the reason for issuing the restrictive order, the collector wrote- The Executive Engineer of the Public Health Engineering Department and all the Sub-Divisional Revenue Officers of the district had submitted reports to take measures to ensure the supply of water to the general public for drinking and disposal, citing the reason of the reduced water supply capacity of drinking water sources in summer and the possible drinking water crisis. On this basis, this order has been issued. Irrigation will not be possible with the water from the river and pond, the washing centre will also be closed It has been clarified in the order that from the date of implementation of the order, no person will be able to dig a tube well within the geographical limits of the district without the permission of the competent officer. Also, drinking water sources and all rivers, drains, ponds, stepwells etc. cannot be used for irrigation, industrial and commercial purposes. This also includes all private vehicles and washing centers within the district. There is no ban on digging of government tube wells The collector said in the order that except for the digging of tube wells for drinking water in public interest by government departments and all panchayats, digging of all types of tube wells cannot be done during the restricted period. In special circumstances and emergency, on the written recommendation of the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering, the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate will be able to give permission for digging of private tube wells for drinking water.
